"Located in the heart of the island of Montreal, SAX Ville Mont-Royal was developed in 4 successive phases, all overseen by our team. The first two include residential buildings of 7 stories each, and the latter, a set of family homes. At the center of the project, 21 houses are distributed in two concentric circles of 13 and 8 units. Each opens generously to the outside and benefits from abundant light. The project combines the advantages of individual housing with the services offered by large complexes. The houses have a private entrance, a front yard, as well as a garden and a swimming pool. They also have access to underground collective parking."
