“Located in the heart of the island of Montreal, SAX Ville Mont-Royal was developed in 4 successive phases, all managed by our team. The first two phases comprise 7-storey residential buildings, and the second a family housing complex.At the center of the project, 21 houses are divided into two concentric circles of 13 and 8 units. Each opens generously onto the exterior, enjoying abundant light.The project combines the advantages of individual housing with the services offered by large-scale developments.
