This month, we're sharing the moments when the Patio team came together to support the community, and how, during this holiday season, these gestures take on even more meaning. Our first article of the month was about the Movember atmosphere at Patio. If you missed it, you can find it right here .
Today, we're taking you into an initiative that lasts all year, one snack at a time, and which, in this month of December, transforms into real little joys.
At Patio Drummond, we believe that small gestures can create big smiles. It's in this spirit that our reception area returns every year: a little convenience store where everyone can contribute to causes that make a real difference. (It's also a little guilty pleasure… because even though we try to highlight healthy eating habits with various initiatives, admit it, a small bag of chips can sometimes save the day 😉.)

Throughout the year, snacks and light refreshments are available for our employees. Everyone can help themselves by leaving a small $2 tip, and all proceeds are donated to a chosen charity. Why do we say chosen? Well, it's because every year we survey our employees across the company to vote and select a charity.
This year, it's Les Petits Bonheurs: C centre de pédiatrie sociale en communauté de Drummondville .
This is an organization we know well and are committed to supporting, as it assists children from 0 to 18 years old living in difficult circumstances, by providing them with access to the services they need, always in collaboration with their families and their community.
On Tuesday, December 2nd, we were very happy to welcome Stéfany Duguay, Director of Philanthropy and Outreach for Les Petits Bonheurs , to present her with the amount raised: $511 .
Next time, it will be our turn to visit Les Petits Bonheurs to present them to you… stay tuned!
It's still the holiday season and time for kind gestures, so we're not stopping there! See you next week for a new story.
Remember: here, we sincerely believe that we cannot grow without community. We don't just pour concrete; we build something bigger: relationships, connections, an impact that evolves and develops with us. And that's precisely where our purpose comes from: Making concrete come alive .
